Russell has worked in the construction industry since 1996 gaining years of experience on site before working his way up the ladder through sheer hard work. Starting as a PVCu fitter, Russell gained the foundation skills and quickly progressed into more specialised areas of aluminium, building work and surveying. After 3 years specialising as a chief installer for Henry James Doors, Russell formed Callidus Installations as an outlet for his huge wealth of experience.
