We provide all our doors and windows with a 10 year guarantee

Are you FENSA registered?

Yes. We are.

What colours can I choose from?

Our doors are available in a range of colours. Even though the standard manufactured colour is white, we also offer eight different colours as well as traditional wood grains.

How secure are your doors and windows?

Very! All our doors feature multi-locking systems as standard. Extra throw bolts, subtle peepholes and security chains can also be fitted if required. Our Patio and Bi-fold doors also feature key-operated deadlocks.

How safe is the glass you use?

All our French, Patio and Bi-Fold doors are fitted with tempered safety glass specially designed to withstand impacts and manufactured to the highest British safety standards.

What is the A rating system?

The A rating system tells you how energy efficient your glazing is according to the UK-wide BFRC Rating Scheme. This system is recognized within the Building Regulations to show how your glazing complies with the scheme. The rating scheme is from A to G – with A being the highest rating.

Can you match my existing windows and doors?

We offer a wide range of product ranges so we should be able to provide you with a very close match to your original doors. If we cannot, our outstanding range of styles, materials, glass types, colours and door furniture will enable us to provide you with an attractive alternative.

Can you fit doors and windows to listed properties?

Yes, we offer a range of traditional products that are suitable for both listed properties and those located in conservation areas. However, you may require permission from your local authority.

Can you supply single windows or doors?

Certainly. We can supply you with as many or as few as you require.

What is the difference between a french door and a patio door?

French doors have multiple glass panes and are often installed as a pair or in multiple pairs, where one of the pair may be fixed indefinitely with locks or posts. They are most frequently used at the back of a property leading to the garden. Patio doors are sliding doors made of two large panes of glass set in sashes, with one pane stationary and one operable.

How do I prevent condensation on my windows?

Condensation on the inside of a window is an indication that the humidity levels inside the room are higher than on the outside. There are steps you can take to reduce excessive condensation.
